This wine is vinified according to a well-tried tradition using the latest techniques with controlled fermentation and no malolactic fermentation.
The winery has been in the Anjan Boner family, who are traditionally very closely associated with the vine, for several generations. In total, a good 3 hectares of vineyards are cultivated, from which 15,000 to 20,000 bottles are currently being pressed for the Anjan Boner winery. The life path of Anjan Boner, the youngest member of the winemaking family, seemed to have been determined very early: he recognized his passion for the vines at a young age and was fascinated not only by the care, but also by the production of the wine. When he took this route, he was aware that it would not be easy to gain a foothold in the Swiss and Grisons wine market. Most of the wineries in the Bündner Herrschaft have been producing their own wine for generations and are very successful. Nevertheless, Anjan Boner decided to create his own wine with a personal touch. After completing the four-year course at the “Higher Federal College for Viticulture and Fruit Growing” in Klosterneuburg (Austria), nothing stood in the way of realizing his lifelong dream of his own winery.
The Anjan Boner winery is externally and internally testimony to a young and creative entrepreneurship and stands for an innovative idea, namely to launch the production of a wine with a very personal touch in the existing wine market. Anjan Boner's personality exudes a passion for wine and shows that there is a lot of love and sustainable emotions in these wines. This makes his wines stand out from other wine productions in a pleasant way.
