Youth protection

By law alcoholic beverages may not be sold to young people and to minors under the age of 18 within Switzerland and Europe. By placing an order with Grand Cru Club AG, you accept our terms and conditions and confirm that you are authorized to purchase. The customer is obliged to ensure that only he or one of his authorized persons of full age can accept the delivery of goods.

Online shop

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. After entering your personal data and clicking on the "order" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The receipt of the order is made by an automated e-mail immediately after sending the order and does not represent an acceptance of the contract. We will send you the binding order confirmation by e-mail directly after checking your order based on our terms and conditions.

Prices

All our prices in the wine shop are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT. For gastro customers with login to the Gastro conditions the prices are exclusive of VAT. With our rarities offers the prices are also indicated without VAT. Availability, prior sale, and price and vintage changes are expressly reserved. The pictures may differ from the actual product. For obvious errors and typing errors we cannot accept liability and claims for damages are excluded.

Deliveries

Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, we send the order free of charge from 36 bottles or from CHF 500.00 value of goods. Otherwise we charge our own costs:

Up to 3 bottles CHF 11.50 excl. VAT
Up to 9 bottles CHF 16.50 excl. VAT
Up to 18 bottles CHF 17.60 excl. VAT
Up to 24 bottles CHF 24.65 excl. VAT
Up to 35 bottles CHF 35.30 excl. VAT

Delivery is by Planzer only if asked otherwise we can send the order by Vinolog (prices might differ). Deliveries can not be notified by phone. Delivery time is between 2 - 5 working days. We reserve the right to sell wines that are only in full original box in stock, even in this unit. For damages or omissions caused by third parties, the Grand Cru Club AG assumes no liability.

For orders from abroad, we ask for pickup, either in person or by a carrier. Any custom duties and taxes are at the exclusive expense of the buyer and can be additionally charged by us to the buyer.

Return of defective wines (eg cork wines)

Wines with cork flavor or other defects will be replaced for one year from the date of delivery. The complained bottles must be 2/3 full. Rarities will not be replaced. If a disproportionate number of bottles from the same original box are affected by errors, please let us know. Returns without prior notice and without our consent will not be accepted. We ask for your understanding.

Return or wrong delivery

For wines without mistakes no exchange and no return is possible. In case of a wrong delivery by Grand Cru, of course the wines will be exchanged.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contracts and business relationships concluded with Grand Cru Club AG are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is St. Moritz.
