Only the best grapes are used from selected sites. Multifaceted spicy-fruity nose, black pepper, cassis and cherry notes. On the palate, well-integrated wood flavours, pointed, filigree and finesse-rich with an excellent tannin structure. Top level.
All red wines are matured in wooden barrels, the classic Pinot noir Classic Jenins for 10 months in large 1600 l wooden barrels, the denser variant Pinot noir Sélection Barrique Jenins in small French barrique.
Influenced and inspired by a long tradition of viticulture in Jenins, Annatina Pelizzatti has been connected to this culture since childhood. Like many generations before her, she wanted to continue the 4-hectare farm with a lot of commitment and passion.
In 1997 she pressed her first wine, gained experience and attended various courses (including the University of Viticulture in Wädenswil). Guided by the cycles of the seasons, characterful wines are created anew every year.
The vineyards are cultivated according to ecological guidelines. (BioSuisse). Manual labour is a matter of course. For many generations, a healthy soil has been the basis of life, which is passed on.
