A complex bouquet, aromatic, dry but with a hint of sweetness, rich but also perfectly balanced on the palate, fine acidity, light tannins.
Oak barrels are used for the further ageing.

Fennel from the own garden, Williams pears from the Chur Rhine valley, mirabelle plums from the neighbor. The good of our nature comes in concentrated clarity into the glass.

The vines grow on débris of the Maienfelder Falknis mountain. The rocky, schisty and chalky subsoil with a high pH (7.5-8) is best for the growth of the Pinot Noir vine.
