Das Weingut Obrecht zählt eines zu den ersten, die in der Bündner Herrschaft Weine in Flaschen füllten und verkauften. Doch hier ist Tradition nicht zur Fessel der Innovation geworden.
Seit jeher ist die Sonne das Wahrzeichen des Weinguts und ist bis heute auf jeder Flasche zu finden.</br></br>
In 2006 übernhemen Christian V. und Francisca Obrecht-Lustenberger in Jenins und Malans knapp 7 ha Rebland. Beide streben nach Harmonie von Pflanze und Umwelt und bedienen sich dazu der biologisch-dynamischen Mehode. Sie sind überzeugt, dass sich biodynamisch produzierte Weine durch grössere Eigenständidkeit, Terroirtypizität, Frische und Bekömmlichkeit auszeichnen.</br></br>
Christian und Francisca bilden dabei ein patentes, kreatives Winzerpaar. Die fundierte Ausbildung und die gesammelten Erfahrungen geben Ihnen das Selbstbewusstsein, im Rebberg wie im Keller auch einmal das Risiko oder sogar das Unkonventionelle zu suchen. "Es wäre schade, wenn der Kopf voll neuer Ideen steckt und man doch nur beim Bewährten bleibe."</br></br>
This elegant sparkling wine is based on the best Pinot Noir grapes. These are harvested around 14 days before the main harvest and pressed directly. As in Champagne, the salmon-pink juice is fermented in the bottle using traditional methods.
The BRUT pleases the eye with its delicate color and delights the palate with its filigree structure and the typical fine fruit.
The Obrecht winery was one of the first to bottle and sell wine in the Bündner Herrschaft. But here tradition has not become the shackle of innovation.
The sun has always been the symbol of the winery and can still be found on every bottle today.</br></br>
In 2006, Christian V. and Francisca Obrecht-Lustenberger took over almost 7 hectares of vineyards in Jenins and Malans. Both strive for harmony between plants and the environment and use the biodynamic method to do so. They are convinced that biodynamically produced wines are characterized by greater independence, typical terroir, freshness and digestibility.</br></br>
Christian and Francisca form a patent, creative winemaker couple. The well-founded training and the experience gained give them the self-confidence to look for risks or even the unconventional in the vineyard and in the cellar. "It would be a shame if your head was full of new ideas and you only stuck with the tried and tested."</br></br>
