A fresh and light champagne, ideal for an aperitif. Obtained from the assemblage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir collected in the Montagne de Reims, base of a vintage and 20% reserve wines. Vinification in steel without malolactic fermentation. Minimum aging of 3 years in the cellar. In the mouth it develops delicate aromas of linden blossom, followed by intense citrus notes of lemon, grapefruit and fleshy fruits such as plum.
