Seven fruits resulted in the grapefruit harvest 2017 from our courtyard garden. That's quite a number! Just enough to give the floral-earthy recipe no. 5 a nice Citrus Paradisi note. The boutique production of 200 liters slumbered after distillation for 12 months in one of our Schöpfi oak barrels before 396 bottles were hand-bottled and sealed.
