Father Hansruedi Adank and son Patrick cultivate a passionate bond with wine, nature and the vines. Their thoughts and actions are shaped by this. They see their wines as regional ambassadors that are the result of the interaction of climate, soil and family. They all work hand in hand here, are both motivation and support for each other, and consistently pursue the common goal of producing high-quality wines.The Adank family also consists of individuals with different characters and views. They all allow themselves the necessary space to develop further. A good example of this is son Patrick, who has returned to the family business after several years of travelling in the wide world of wine, to everyone's delight. With his ideas and experience, he brings a breath of fresh air to the winery.One of the challenges of the next few years will be organic viticulture. The Adanks listen to the stories the vineyard tells them; they want to interpret them correctly and learn from them. Their great love for nature is not only palpable at all times in personal conversations, but especially in all their wines.
