Guido Brivio is an oenologist and has a solid French and American professional education behind him. Motivated by a long family tradition in the wine trade, in the late eighties he had the opportunity to buy an old wine cellar, which had long been based on the production of Ticino wines. Significant investments have been made to rebuild the cellars carved in the rock of Monte Generoso near Mendrisio. These cellars have an optimal natural climate for the storage and storage of wines. This thanks to the presence of fresh air ventilators. These have formed under the mass of old landslides and it blows throughout the year, a fresh breeze with a temperature of 10-12 ° C. Thanks to the constant and significant technological investments, we offer the consumer a wide range of wines in which varietal character and origin are expressed. The professional skills combined with the most modern technology allow us to get the best out of the grapes that nature gives us and thus to produce terroir wines of high quality.
