detours via a language study trip, architecture and Zurich, found their way to wine
and finally found their own vineyard in Malans. A little more than one hectare in Malans, but including an original vineyard that has existed since 1321 as a vineyard of the Bündner Herrschaft, a steep slope with clay and limestone soils: the
Completerhalde. So small, so steep, it's not worth using machines, and that wouldn't be
not even the idea! Everything by hand, everything natural, everything with a lot of time, everything unique. Biodynamic is the logical consequence.
