Deep violet color. Full rich aroma of berries, supported by peppery notes, plums, licorice, underlaid with fine oak, juicy and fruity in the mouth with fine-sandy tannins.
The wine goes after the vinification for 12 months in oak barrels.
Since 1984, the Adank family has been passionately and enthusiastically managing the approximately 6 hectare vineyard in St Luzi in Fläsch. The wines emblematically reflect the terroir, which makes the Bündnerherrschaft so unique. The rocks of the Fäscher mountains in the background provide shelter from cold winds and precipitation. A natural moisturizing and mild influence on the vines provides the river Rhine opposite the winery.
