Smooth distillate with a lot of charm. Very full, concentrated and complex on the palate. Round, soft body; fruity and persistent aftertaste.
Made according to the classic double distillation process. Refined and aged for at least six months in the used Sassicaia oak barrels.
The tradition of "Grappaioli" (master distiller for grappa) of the Poli family goes back to the year 1898. The family slogan is: "burning a good grappa is easy, fresh pomace and 100 years of experience are enough". Finally, the experience, love and quality awareness are tasted in the Grappa Sassicaia by Jacopo Poli and family. Distillery Poli is located in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto, the most famous region for the production of Grappa. Worth seeing is also the Grappa Museum, which is dedicated to the distillery and can be visited daily.
