Renato produces an intense white wine, 100 days of maceration and fermentation in oak before six months in amphorae ensure a deep colour and a multitude of nuances. By no means an aperitif wine, but a multi-layered, deep, complex wine with aromas of honey, beeswax, stone fruit and herbs, with texture, medium richness and length. An optimal companion for vegetable and mushroom dishes, white meat, roasted fish and poultry.
