This Chardaonnay combines the typical aromas with a fresh minerality and delicate oak flavours.
For this Chardonnay, Carina uses stainless steel tanks and the other half will be frech oak barriques.

Fennel from the own garden, Williams pears from the Chur Rhine valley, mirabelle plums from the neighbor. The good of our nature comes in concentrated clarity into the glass.

The vines grow on débris of the Maienfelder Falknis mountain. The rocky, schisty and chalky subsoil with a high pH (7.5-8) is best for the growth of the Pinot Noir vine.
