Producers: Booker Vineyard
Booker Vineyard is biodynamically farmed. Biodynamic agriculture follows the ideas of Rudolf Steiner, who pursues a holistic approach to agriculture and describes that all things on the farm (including soil and plants) are interconnected. Like many winemakers, they were initially skeptical of the concept. At some point it has been discovered that if these farming methods are good enough for some of the world's most demanding wineries, why not try it? So far, it has been shown that the biodynamic management at Booker Vineyard, the health and balance of the vineyards has greatly improved.
